Delivery and returns

All items will be sent First Class post, "recorded signed for" delivery service. Items will require a signature upon arrival, giving you peace of mind that your item(s) arrive safely. The signed document will then return to us, so that we know the item(s) has been received. Orders will be delivered within 10 to 15 working days of your payment being received. We would like to bring to your attention that this time span may lengthen under Christmas due to increased postal handling.

Returns procedure We offer a 10 day money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable, please notify us by email, stating the reason for return within 5 days of receipt. All items must be sent back complete with packaging and received by us within 10 days of receipt. We suggest you use a "signed for" delivery service. In the unlikely event of any defects, we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods; providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them. Should your item be faulty, please email us with details of the fault and item you wish to return, along with details of when the item was purchased. In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund any postage costs on your request.
